Medical Terminology

Medical Terminology is the second course in the Health Science Pathway.  This course will explore the language of health care and health science. Students will learn the root, prefixes and suffixes of the health sciences language.  Health care and health sciences have a language that is not common to those outside the medical field.  This course will allow the student to have strong language skills prior to entering advances courses. This course consists of lecture, demonstrations and hands on learning activities.
