Starting this year, St. Vrain Valley high school students have the opportunity to learn manufacturing skills to prepare them for careers in machining, engineering, welding, electronics and optics.

CDC Sunset Cafe is hosting a Thanksgiving Luncheon. Everyone is welcome

Everyone is Welcome to attend a Thanksgiving Luncheon on November 14th from 11:00-1:00 at the Sunset Cafe. The Sunset Cafe is located in the Career Development Center building and is supported by the Prostart/culinary students who attend the Career Development Center. The cost for the complete Thanksgiving meal is $8.00. You will receive: brined turkey, scratch made mashed potatoes and gravy, focaccia stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry salad, dinner roll and pumpkin roll cake! You may eat at the cafe or get the lunch to go. 

CDC Prostart students cater breakfast for the Kiwanis club

CDC Students catered breakfast for the Kiwanis club at the Sunset Cafe in the Career Development Center building. Lunch is served to the public on different days throughout the month. Please check the menu to see when the Cafe is serving. 

CDC OPEN HOUSE

Career Development Center will be hosting an OPEN HOUSE on Wednesday, December 4th from 4:00 to 7:00. Everyone is welcome to visit with teachers, staff and current students while discovering opportunities at Career Development Center.

Middle school 8th graders tour CDC

8th grade students from 5 different district middle schools toured Career Development Center. Students got to see and hear from current students about what happens in the different programs. More middle schools will be touring CDC next month.
